Inspiration Nook Craving – Chai Latte

My favorite drink to order at any coffee shop will always be a Chai Latte. Hot or cold. It never fails. The kick of spice and the sweetness is my fave. I even found a Chai cupcake once. It was amazing! I received a Starbucks gift card in the mail the other day (Hi Dad!) So I’ve been spoiling myself every morning.

The funny thing is, going to Starbucks for me is always an adventure. Why? Well, when they ask me for my name, the look on their faces always cracks me up. Having a “Spanish” name is not always fun. Specially when your name is spelled very close to a very “American”name. For a guy! Come on people, just roll your “R’s”. I get a different name every time I go to Starbucks and I pronounce my name the same. (For those who don’t know, my name is spelled L-A-R-Y  pronounced L-A-D-I ) Yes, you can now sing “La-di-da-di, we like to party. We don’t cause trouble, we don’t bother nobody”…

Anyways, thought you might laugh with me when you look at this….

What’s your favorite drink? Do you also get a different name every time? Do you have a weird/cool name too?

Hope you smile!
